CyPlus® Cyanide Regeneration
Cyanide Regeneration is a process that can sometimes be economically viably applied to certain cyanide-containing effluents. The cyanide is removed from the ore pulp in the form of HCN and then re-converted into NaCN or Ca(CN)2. The regenerated cyanide can be dosed back into the leach circuit, also reducing treatment costs. This process finds application on some effluent containing high to very high cyanide levels.
